Contact · Plainview, NY

Say hello before you say yes. A twenty-minute call, a flat fee in writing, and a studio on Barby Ln that keeps its hours by appointment.

Nobody here will send you a form and disappear. Tell us what the show is, how many episodes you have in mind and when you’d like it live, and we’ll tell you what a season costs. Ring, write, or ask to visit the desk.

Visit

16 Barby Ln, Plainview, NY 11803

Studio visits are by appointment, so there is always a chair, a pair of headphones and someone to play you a before-and-after. Ask for one on the call and we’ll confirm the hour.

02The first call

Twenty minutes, cued to the minute.

A first call should have a running order, like an episode. Here is ours, so you know what you’re walking into and what to have within reach.

Hang up at minute twenty with a number, or hang up with none. The call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

  1. 0:00The show

    You describe it, we listen

The format, the host, the guests, and whatever is already recorded. If you have a pilot or a recent episode, this is where we ask to hear a minute of it.

  2. 0:05The sound

    The show you’d steal from

Name one podcast whose sound you admire. We also ask what microphone you and your guests use today, so the remote recording direction starts from fact, not guesswork.

  3. 0:10The season

    Episodes, length, launch date

We match the shape of your season to one of three packages. Each is a flat fee for the whole season.

    • Pilot Run · 6 episodes$1,385
    • Full Season · 12 episodes$2,640
    • Season + Cutdowns · 12 episodes + 24 clips$3,670
  4. 0:15The terms

    How the money moves

Half to begin, half when the final episode is delivered, by card or bank transfer. You own the masters, the session files and the show notes. Two revision rounds per episode are in the fee.

  5. 0:20The close

A start date, or a clean goodbye

If it fits, we pick the day your first raw files arrive. If it doesn’t, you’ll leave knowing what a season of your show would cost and what to ask the next studio.

03On the page

Put the show in a few lines.

The format, how many episodes, when you’d like to launch. That is plenty. We reply within one business day, from a person who has read it.
